Yesterday I made my first delivery to the Rose Hotel . WOW! I was really pleased with how these 50 boxed mini cakes turned out. Turquoise rose petals cascaded down the 6" cutting cake onto each mini cake, 1 petal on the chocolate mud and 2 on the caramel mud cakes.Displayed on my brand new, custom built, mini cake stand, these looked beautiful when set up at the Lighthouse Beach Resort.
